Reports generate on local desktops, but exported PDFs or spreadsheets are blank from Remote Desktop sessions.

Recommended Resolution Path

  1. Compare printer, font, and temp folder dependencies between the desktop and RDS environment.
  2. Check whether the app requires an interactive desktop component unavailable in session hosts.
  3. Review permissions to the export target path and user temp directories.
  4. If one host behaves differently, compare image drift and runtime dependencies there.
