Recommended Resolution Path

  1. Identify whether multiple users are editing offline copies at the same time.
  2. Pause sync on all affected endpoints except one and allow the library to stabilize.
  3. Review invalid filename, path length, and unsupported character issues.
  4. Enable Files On-Demand and ensure the library is not oversized for the endpoint hardware.
